The 2024 IGP Vin des Allobroges White Argile is a blend of Jacquère, Chardonnay, and Mondeuse Blanche. Right from the first sip, its vibrant freshness and white fruit aromas captivate the senses, carried by a crisp yet creamy texture with pronounced mineral-driven bitterness. Energetic and full-bodied, it’s a perfect match for hearty dishes from the Savoy region or recipes featuring endives. Best enjoyed within five years. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee. |
